GRP PIPE

With the composite technology developed by material experts, a very durable pipe strength body is created by using three basic raw materials: glass fiber, resin and silica sand.

Glass fibers in yarn form provide high environmental strength against internal pressure, while fibers in chopped form provide strength in the axial direction. The middle region of the pipe body structure is reinforced with sand filler, especially to contribute to rigidity.

Production can be made in the desired length, pressure and stifness according to the technical specifications of the project.

Length: Standard 6 and 12m. (Can be produced up to 15 meters upon request)

Diameter: 200 - 4.000mm

Pressure (PN): 1-40 Bar

Stiffness (SN): STANDARD 2.500 - 5.000 - 10.000 N/m² (Up to 1.000.000 N/m² can be produced upon request)
